A. 付款服務計劃

    MOOV優惠月費計劃 條款及條件:
  1. 在優惠期內，您可以優惠價每月$48訂購MOOV優惠月費計劃(「優惠計劃」)。
  2. 優惠計劃適用於新登記客戶、MOOV 14天免費試玩服務計劃現有客戶、曾經終止/被終止MOOV服務的登記客戶，或曾登記使用MOOV音樂服務者。
  3. 優惠計劃不設14天免費試玩優惠。
  4. 除非您在月結週期完結當日前最少一天，透過在 MOOV的網上戶口管理或服務熱線1833866或1000或獲授權的第三方 (iOS平台上的iTunes服務或 Android平台上的Google Play應用程式內付款服務) 終止服務，否則您所訂購的優惠計劃將每月自動續約。任何在終止服務前已繳付的服務費用將不獲退還。
  5. 優惠計劃提供線上音樂服務，通過互聯網傳送歌曲及音樂影像。MOOV電腦版本不設歌曲、音樂影像及其他服務內容下載。MOOV App (iOS及Android版) 設有歌曲下載及離線收聽，但僅於訂購期內有效。使用MOOV App有可能衍生流動數據費用，詳情請向您的電話網絡供應商查詢。
  6. 為確保整順利付款，建議客戶使用已登記「Visa 驗證」或MasterCard® SecureCode™ 服務之適用信用卡，詳情請向發卡銀行查詢。
  7. 優惠計劃為 Moov (Hong Kong) Limited 根據MOOV服務條款及條件提供。
  8. 優惠計劃只提供客戶於香港境內使用。電腦及流動設備基本系統要求，詳情見http://MOOV.hk。
  9. 有關電訊盈科集團專門店地址，請瀏覽網頁 www.pccw.com或致電28881888查詢。
  10. 優惠如有更改，恕不另行通知。

    MOOV 14天免費試玩服務計劃 條款及條件:
  1. MOOV 14天免費試玩計劃 (「免費試玩」) 讓您在指定優惠期內免費試玩 MOOV服務14天 (「試玩期」)。
  2. 免費試玩只適用於首次登記用戶，現有MOOV客戶、曾經終止/被終止MOOV服務的登記客戶、或登記容戶曾用作登記任何MOOV服務的手機號碼及/ 或FACEBOOK帳戶及/ 或登記電郵均不可享有此優惠。
  3. 免費試玩提供線上音樂服務，通過互聯網傳送歌曲及音樂影像。MOOV電腦版本不設歌曲、音樂影像及其他服務內容下載。MOOV App (iOS及Android版)設有歌曲下載及離線收聽，但僅於試玩期內有效。使用MOOV App有可能衍生流動數據費用，詳情請向您的電話網絡供應商查詢。
  4. 免費試玩將於14天後自動終止。如客戶想訂購MOOV月費服務，請透過MOOV或MOOV App的網上戶口管理登入後申請或致電服務熱線2888 1888。

A. PAY SERVICE

    MOOV Promotion Monthly Service Plan Terms and Conditions:
  1. During the promotion period, you can subscribe to MOOV Promotion Monthly Service Plan at a monthly fee of $48 (“Promotion Plan”).
  2. Promotion Plan is applicable to new subscriber, MOOV 14-days Free Trial Service Plan existing customers, registered customer who terminated or we terminated with MOOV service or even applied and used MOOV music service.
  3. Promotion Plan does not provide MOOV 14-days Free Trial Service Plan.
  4. Subscription will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis unless you terminate the service through online account management at MOOV or through the service hotline at 1833866 or 1000 or through the authorized third parties (iTune for services on iOS platform or Google Play for service on Android) at least one day prior to the last day of the monthly cycle. No refund will be made for any service fees paid in advance for the service prior to its termination.
  5. Promotion Plan provides music streaming services through delivering music tracks and music videos on the internet. MOOV PC platform does not provide download service of music tracks, music videos and any other music contents. MOOV App (iOS and Android) allows music download and offline listening which are only valid during the subscription period. You may incur mobile data charges for using MOOV App, please ask your mobile network operator for more details.
  6. In order to make sure the success of payment, you are advised to use designated credit cards with Verified by VISA or MasterCardd® SecureCode™. For more information, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.
  7. Promotion Plan is provided by Moov (Hong Kong) Limited in accordance to MOOV Terms and Conditions.
  8. Promotion Plan is only valid for customers in Hong Kong. Please refer to http://MOOV.hk for computer and mobile device system requirement.

  10. Promotion Plan is subject to change without further notice.
  11. Moov (Hong Kong) Limited shall have the final decision over this Promotion Plan.


B. FREE TRIAL OFFER/SERVICE PLAN

    MOOV 14-days Free Trial Offer Terms and Conditions:
  1. MOOV 14-days Free Trial Service Plan (“This Offer”) entitles you to access to MOOV service for a period of 14 days (the “Free Trial Period”) during the specific promotion period.
  2. The Offer is only applicable for new registered customers. Existing MOOV customers, registered customer who terminated or we terminated with MOOV service and registered customers whose mobile phone numbers and/ or Facebook Account and registered email address have been used for registering any MOOV services are not eligible for this Offer.
  3. This Offer provides music streaming services through delivering music tracks and music videos on the internet. MOOV PC platform does not provide download service of music tracks, music videos and any other music contents. MOOV App (iOS and Android) allows music download and offline listening which are only valid during the Free Trial Period.
